We want to encourage ICCA members to make use of our new office space. There is space available for presentations, temporary working space, or any other ideas you may have.
Large meeting room:
Set–up: Fixed hollow square for 16 pax
Flipchart & markers
Small meeting room/working space:
Set–up: 1 table with two chairs
What are the costs?
• The use of the above meeting rooms and AV is free of charge.
• Coffee, tea and tap water are free of charge.
• Other F&B is not included. ICCA can supply catering contacts.
Reservations have to be made through ICCA HO and are subject to availability. Please give as much advance notice as possible.
There is no charge for cancellations. However, ICCA cannot be responsible for cancellation cost of external F&B arrangements.
