Products & Services

ICCA's resources encompass a large range of products and services, which multiple departments within an ICCA member organisation can (and should) take advantage of. They can be divided in the following areas which are further specified below:

Member- and Association Relations

Attend ICCA’s Annual Congress
This is the way to get to know members so that they will share information about programmes and clients with you. Since 2016, dozens of associations attend the ICCA Congress as delegates as well.

Take part in Client/Supplier Workshops
Have one on one meetings with clients who have programmes which reflect your needs. There is no better way to secure business than to have two days of time to spend with clients and their trusted ICCA Member partners.

Attend the Association Meetings Programme (AMP)
The AMP brings together ICCA members and international association executives to learn from each other and from a top faculty of experts about key aspects of bidding and decision-making, organising, promoting, and designing int'l association meetings.

Take part in Business Exchanges
These take place during the ICCA Congress, Association Meetings Programme (AMP) and prior to IMEX. If you personally do not want to take part in the Business Exchange, please bring along another colleague to IMEX and the Congress and have them take part. Remember, someone doing research/prospecting for you, can prepare your Business Exchange submission.

Attend the Association Expert Seminar prior to IMEX Frankfurt
Share your expertise with other colleagues and with planners.

Register for Personal Connections during ibtm world
Members are granted complimentary entrance to an elite reception with planners. The only requirement is that Members submit names of 5 potential hosted buyers to ibtm prior by a specified deadline. Check the ICCA Homepage and ICCA Events at Tradeshows for further information.

Register for the Association Evening at IMEX Frankfurt and IMEX America.
ICCA Members must pre-register and may bring two people per Member company   to this exceptional reception for all Association Planners attending IMEX and IMEX  America as hosted buyers. First come - first served so please register as early as possible.

Network with ICCA members during Trade Shows
Look for the Green ICCA Member Nametag Ribbon at all Global Tradeshows.

ICCA Association Database Research

The ICCA Association Database is a sales and marketing resource which allows ICCA members to search for association meetings that are likely to come to their destination, in other words find potential business, and to identify confirmed meetings.

ICCA Statistics Reports

The ICCA Statistics Reports are your guide for any future decisions and a must-have if you are a supplier in the meetings industry.

  • Create reports on worldwide, regional, country and/or city level

ICCA offers some very effective and simple PR tools which enable you to increase your PR profile in the international meetings industry:

Set up Ambassador Programmes

ICCA has developed two publications  to help ICCA members with everything they need to know about using local champions to build success in the international association meeting sector: Congress Ambassador Programmes and The Motives of Ambassadors in Bidding and Decision-making for international Meetings and Events.
